All news Leonid Strugov elected the Chairman of the Board of the Yantar Shipyard Leonid Strugov is the head of one of the departments of the Russian Shipbuilding Agency. At the last meeting of shareholders in June the elections did not take place because of the lack of quorum. Now Mr. Strugov got unilateral support. Leonid Strugov will represent the interests of the Ministry of State Property, which owns 51% of the shipyard’s stock.
