All news Rybinsk based Vympel will build the newest cater for the Russian Ministry on Emergencies According to the First Deputy Emergencies Minister Yuri Vorobyev Vympel will make the multi role fast fire-rescue cater Mangust. On November, 6 the joint meeting of the manufacturers and the customers took place at the shipyard. The cater will be operated as fire & rescue ship, but much of its work shall be patrolling. The ship is to be delivered in the end of May, 2004 and transported to the lake of Baikal.
