The ceremony was attended by the Chinese delegation, Deputy Head of Rosoboronexport Vladimir Pahomov, Deputy CinC of the Russian Navy Anatloly Smolyakov, City’s Administration, the shareholders of Mezhprombank and the New Programs and Concepts representatives, Chairman of the NPC’s board and member of Mezgprombank’s board Alexander Gnusarev, General Director Boris Kyzyk. The ships are to be delivered to the customer in 2005-2006. The contract is worth $1.4b.
