All news A concern, not a JSC will be the new form of uniting the aircraft builders of the Ukraine Ukrainian Cabinet has rejected the version of creating a JSC in the branch as under the existing laws it cannot include state enterprises subject to no privatization. The ministry of industrial policy has initiated the coordination process within the govt regarding the project of creating concern with the planned name "Aircraft of Ukraine". It will include six enterprises, including ANTK Antonov, Kiev aviation plant "Aviant", Kharkov State Aviation Industrial Enterprise, Kiev Aircraft-Repair Plant N410, research institute "Buran" and GP (state enterprise) "Innovator" (Khmelnitskiy). ANTK is planned as the core organization.
