All news New head of the Russian Fishery Department On May, 24 Andrey Krainy was appointed the head of the Russian Fishery Department. Prime-minister Mikhail Fradkov signed the respective decree. Earlier Andrey Krainy was the head of the Kaliningrad Sea Fishery Port. Andrey Krajny was born in the city of Yelets (Lipetsk area). He graduated from the journalist department of Lvov Higher Military-Political School and served as correspondent in military newspapers, in the military department "Komsomolskaya Pravda”.
