Azerbaijan wants to become a shipbuilding nation

Today the country is building a shipyard in the Garadag district. According to the head of the Caspian Sea Shipping Company Ajdyn Bashirov at the first stage it will build the vessels for the domestic clients. “Today we are going to update our fleet. In the further the shipyard will take the orders from other states. It will build all kinds of ships, including dry-cargo ships, tankers, yachts and combat ships” he said.
