Nizhegorodsky Teplohod to build small sized ships

The management of the JSC Nizhegorodsky Teplohod (part of MNP) considers small sized ships as one of the perspective directions of developing the shipyard. Now experts of the design organization "Sea Tech" (Nizhni Novgorod) together with the experts of the "New Shipyard Ltd" (Nizhni Novgorod) are develop the new project of a small sized vessel which dimensions will 1,5 times surpass the previous models.

It is planned that as early as in 2008 Nizhegorodsky Teplohod will begin the construction of the fourth yacht. Two years ago Nizhegorodsky Teplohod and New Shipyard constructed the first motor yacht of the project ST-14B. The second small sized vessel of the project ST-15 has just started trials in Kazan. Readiness of the third project ST-15 vessel makes 90%. Next year it will be put in the water. Yacht ST-15 (15õ4õ7m; displacement 16tons) was designed by Sea Tech and intended for the operation in the internal waterways.
